I am so pleased with this facility. From completing the application to signing the lease. Delia Diaz the office manager is truly a God send. I went in with a dire need for my dad and she walked me through the entire process. She made me feel welcomed and not like a burden. This is how customer service should be delivered. I truly appreciate her and all of her help!!!!! She handled me with care and concern and that makes a world of difference!!!! Thank you Delia 👍👍👍

Fairbrooke maintenance. Thank you for your rapid response to my hot water heater being broke.your response and professionalism were greatly appericated.all was done in a timely and convienant fashion. After complete all was left clean and complete. Thank you for your help in such a timely manner.

Nicole was very helpful and pleasant. She walked us through the process step by step. We had to go back and finish some paperwork and Delia was very helpful also and got everything finished. Can't wait til my parents move in

The service by the maintenance staff (one person now) is wonderful. It is reassuring to know my issues are being handled either expertise in a timely fashion. 👏👏
