Fieldside Grande Apartments & Townhomes

We’ve had an excellent experience with Fieldside Grande Apartments so far. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and it feels very welcoming and peaceful. Everything from the layout of the apartments to the overall atmosphere made us confident that this is the right place for us to call home. A huge thank you to Kayla Gin, the leasing officer, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive from start to finish. I’ve had a really positive experience with the leasing office, especially with Kayla. She is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. Kayla consistently provides great customer service and takes the time to make sure concerns are addressed promptly. It’s clear that she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. I have had a great experience with the application and move in process so far. The apartment and entire complex look great and I am looking forward to living here. This application process was the quickest I have experienced so far, and it has been very convenient to do most of this online. Kayla Ginn was very helpful in moving the process along, addressing all my questions, and informing me of next steps. I had many questions as I had not yet been to the property and they were all addressed. In addition to this she went the extra step of setting up a quick tour so that I could have my final confirmation before signing. This entire process has been very professional.

I've lived here for almost 2 months now and overall I am pleased with the property but there are some things that could be improved upon. First, once I moved in it seemed like the property management put me on the back burner. They don't respond to any emails in a timely manner however, they are good about sending out mass emails about office closures, service interruptions, activities and other announcements. Maintenance will not respond if you put in a request with the office but are fairly timely if you submit the request through the resident portal. The apartments themselves aren't insulated well and are not very soundproof. We had a cold spell come in and our exterior pipes froze and our heat had a hard time keeping up (set at 72 degrees but stayed at 65 degrees). Also I can hear full

The Halloween party at Fieldside Grande was absolutely amazing! The decorations were stunning and gave the perfect spooky-yet-classy vibe. The staff went above and beyond to make the event fun and welcoming — everything from the themed cocktails to the murder mystery game were so well organized. It was a great opportunity to meet neighbors and enjoy the beautiful clubhouse amenities in such a festive way. You could really tell how much effort was put into every detail.
