Bob made me feel confident about my home inspection and he was both friendly during the process and willing to explain all the details to me. He noted issues that were minor but worth rectifying, and while he didn’t try and sell me on upgrades he explained to me why I might and might not want them to make an informed decision. Based on the info he provided I order a couple additional inspections, and I’m glad I did, as they turned up issues the sellers agreed to remediate.

As a builder, I work with many inspectors and All Yours Home Inspections is fantastic. Robert is very flexible and accomodating with his schedule, is thorough, and quick to submit his inspection reports. But, most of all, he knowledgable. He understands the building process, and where we (the contractor), stand in terms of progress. I would highly recommend Bob for your home inspection. I used him on 24 January 2020 to inspect my new construction townhome. He was friendly, professional, and so completely thorough! He is super detail-oriented and caught things that I ignored. He arrived at least 30 minutes before our start time and was hard at work when I arrived.
