Absolutely Horrible Experience – Infested with Bed Bugs and Terrible Management! If you’re looking for a nightmare, this is the place for you. My daughter’s first apartment was supposed to be a safe, clean place where she could focus on school and feel at home. Instead, it’s been a disaster from day one. The apartment is crawling with pests – cockroaches, ants, and worst of all, bed bugs. She’s had to deal with bites, ruined furniture, and the constant anxiety of trying to keep her belongings clean. As a full-time college student, she has enough on her plate without having to worry about a health hazard at home. And management? Don’t even bother trying to get help. We’ve reached out multiple times, and they’re either impossible to reach, make empty promises, or act like it’s not their pr

Place is nice, service is terrible, building owners are never there so it’s difficult to collect packages or call when needed, difficulty washing clothes because the lobby door with atm inside to add money on card is always locked so can’t wash clothes on the regular if money on card runs outs. Doesn’t enforce parking rules, residents who pay for parking have to rely on an iffy tow truck company if someone is parked in our spot. I had to personally deal with this multiple times.

My time here at the Met has been excellent! Staff is always available for any concerns and help with things like loading money onto laundry cards or just any questions in general as I’m fairly new to these apartments. Neighbors are always quite and courteous and I have had no issues, this establishment is highly recommended!

In most regards I am well pleased with the apartment and the building. The office staff on the other hand is not very professional. Took four months and a call to the owner in Florida to get I to an apartment. Also I have been without the promised wifi since I moved in. Have made multiple attempts to get the office staff to supply the needed modem and it has been five months. Still better than many places I have lived.

this apartment complex is absolutely disgusting and vile. not only do they have a MAJOR roach problem, but also a BEDBUG problem that they REFUSE to fix. i have contacted the management office COUNTLESS times about said issue, but for some reason there’s always a new excuse as to why they can’t fix the issue. if you’re thinking about moving into this apartment complex DONT!!
