The Mark at Riverdale Apartments

I hope this post gets to the correct person or persons, because I have tried speaking to management and I also reached out to the new owners of the complex and have not received a response. This complex has gone from bad to worse. Animal owners allow their pets to poop in the middle of the street. The photo is of the guy that allowed his dog to poop in the middle of the street. The other photo is of all the cars that have been parked in the back. I contacted the office about the car lot that is parked in the back of the complex and I was told that all the cars belong to one resident. This guy has sometimes 10 broken down cars parked. He has a tow truck drop them off and they sit for months. I brought this up back in Oct 2025 and was told that they would be moved out by Oct 20th and yet her

I moved into this apartment complex on May 17th, and it has been something everyday. As of today, June 2nd, I still have no working AC. Upon moving in, I discovered the apartment lacks smart features, which I was not informed about until the day I arrived. But only after i asked and was told ill see a credit. But why charge me for it in the 1st place if the smart feature wasn't available? The kitchen sink was leaking (fixed on the first day), but the dishwasher was filthy and not leveled. The toilet seat was loose, and although they eventually replaced it, they left a mess behind. Maintenance did not clean up after themselves, which is highly unprofessional. These apartments are trash, everything is broke down. The company does want to fix anything!!! Don’t waste your time, Trash in the street,They are only interested in getting new tenants once you move in then they will give you the run around!!! Find another apartment !!!

I would definitely recommend any friends or family to move here at The Mark at Riverdale. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff here is always so helpful. They communicate very well and are very understanding about any situation. Kwame’ answered all of the questions I had concerning my rent and makes sure he communicates and leaves any messages for Daniella. I’ve never had to go back and make sure I was on the same page, because they both work really well together. I always appreciate that they are a team, because they make it so much easier on myself as a resident. Keep up the great work !

I am posting here because I cannot get anywhere with management or corporate. I have been living here and have been a great tenant. Since living here management has changed numerous times and each time things have gotten progressively worse. I have complained about the neighbors smoking weed which enters my apartment and makes it unbearable and I was told that they are allowed to do whatever it is they want in their apartment. They drink and smoke on the porch and I feel like a prisoner in my own apartment. The grounds of the complex is always a mess. Abandon cars are on the property. The so called security gate is ALWAYS broken but yet that is one of the features they like to advertise. Dogs roam freely and use the bathroom everywhere and their owners do not clean up behind them.
