My Husband and myself were recommended to Summit through a mortgage funding program. After many emails and calls, we spoke with Kevin. He was personable and realistic with our financial goals. We can not thank him enough for that. There were many times his team seemed to not be reachable. But Kevin made sure to immediately call us and assure us we were in great hands. We were new home buyers and had TONS of questions and concerns that he quickly answered and pacified. Kevin and his team were amazing especially as we were closing on our own. I’ve heard so many horror stories for buyers and especially for first-time home buyers but in all honesty, everything went smoothly while we were preparing for closing day and on closing day and I have to thank Kevin for that. He told me everything I needed to do to make sure my loan was approved and once I did those things he got me approved for the exact amount of money I needed to get the house of my dreams!
