Rugby Valley Apartments

I had such a wonderful experience with Rugby Valley Apartments, thanks to Carlita and Cynthia! They were incredibly helpful and made the entire process so smooth. I applied on a Saturday, got approved by Tuesday, and had my keys in hand by Wednesday—truly a seamless transition. The vibes in the office were so inviting and welcoming from the very start. Both ladies provided great customer service from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier to call this place my new home. 10/10 Highly recommend!

This is by far one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Cynthia and Carlettta are the most professional and kind property management teams i have ever dealt with. They work well with all of the residents and are always very easy to communicate with. As far as the property Any maintenance issues are handled in a timely fashion and I definitely can't complain. My only issue with our property is the pool and hours. Can we get pool opened up beginning of May and closed October. Would be nice as we live in a warm area. But I do love it here. 😀

Carletta and Cynthia are literal angels. I've been staying here for a year with no problems. They moved me in quickly and easily and helped me with anything I needed. The complex itself is nice and kept up very well. Anytime I have an issue, maintenance promptly fixes the problem. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to live here because it's also very quiet at night.

I have been here for a while, and this community is very quiet and friendly. The leasing and maintenance team is always on point when there are issues within my apartment. The leasing team is very nice and friendly. At Rugby Valley there are numerous College Park officers that are residents here, which make our community safe. I' m loving the Groove of these Apartments. Oh and they throw great meet and greets with our Community Officials, like screen on the green, food trucks, and seasonal events❤️💕💙
