I just wanna share my experience at Manchester Ridge.First off, I wanted to say the Leasing agent Ms. Renee thank you so much for making my move in great. When I move in I was having some issues with my hot water tank and I did have Clogged sinks. However, I put in a work order and they came out the next day very fast and efficient. I just want to thank the leasing team for making sure that I’m Everything works in my new place. If you’re looking for a new place to live, please stop by the leasing office and ask for Ms.Renee. She will make sure you’re straight. they also have security at night, which makes me feel very safe.

I was a tenant for 1 year at Manchester ridge my experience is a 2/10. I have put in multiple works orders in about my leaking ceiling that have been going on for a year and still haven’t been fixed. Black mold was forming because of the leaks. There have been a lot of random dogs walking freely around the apartment complex and gunshots going off at random times through the night. If you leave anything in your car someone will break in to your car to see what it is. Back to putting in the work orders, just say you put in a work order it takes them two weeks to almost a month to come and try to resolve a problem that doesn’t get resolved. Manchester ridge is the perfect rental property for you and your family. I have been here for 2yrs and was totally unsatisfied with everything around me. NOW…..they are under new management and the leasing office team is TOP TIER! They always welcome you with a warm smile and a caring approach. They listen to your griefs, issues and concerns and jump RIGHT on them. Their maintenance team is ON POINT when it comes to response and repairs. I have NEVER been happier to call Manchester Ridge “home”. This staff is EXTREMELY reliable and take FULL care of their tenants. I was VERY comfortable signing my new lease with them because I know whatever situation arises….they have my back. I am MORE than happy to invite ANYONE to make this property their home.

Janet was very sweet and told us every little detail that we needed to know about the apartments!! We had such a good experience with her!! They had very Good Apartments that were furnished very beautifully alongside a abundant variety of snacks!!

Haven’t been Here for a month and I’ll be honest I made the best choice moving here. Ms.Renee Was very open and honest with me with everything also who gave great advice on the move-in and I love my apartment. I should say condo definitely Going to be suggesting to others to stay here
