The Enclave at Riverdale Apartments

The property manager does an amazing job overseeing the community. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property well managed, clean, and running smoothly. Communication is clear, and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Overall, this is a well maintained, well managed community with a great team behind it. I truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

Recently came in for a tour on a 2 bedroom and loved the setup of the apartment. Very spacious to my liking a few amenities could be more but no complaints. My guider.. Ray was excellent with guiding me through the tour and answering every question thoroughly. Love the energy from Ray. She definitely makes it feel like home before even moving in. Definitely would recommend others to the location

DONT MOVE IN BUILDING E, this apartment has paper thin walls you can hear everything and the neighbors in E on the side of me throw parties every week and even on week days so if you want sleep? You’re not going to get it at all, loud thumping noises, arguments, I even heard another neighbor beating on his dog.

The management team is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really makes a difference. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. I truly enjoy living here

Called in and spoke with Ray. She was very professional, patient, and answered all my questions, and really made me feel excited about this property! So far so good. Looking forward to working with her in the future.
