Gardenwood Apartments

Y’all knew I was coming. I left here a year ago and honestly just didn’t feel like writing a review cuz everything went wrong but I like for ppl to know the truth. They changed my move in date to a day before I was scheduled to move out my other apartment so I had no chance but to move in. I thought I was moving in a beautiful luxury apartment for over $1600 for a 2 bedroom based off the unit I was shown, however it was anything but. I moved in a small, crowded moldy unit. It was infested with black mold and all they did was paint over it but lied and told me they removed it. I got sick from the mold. The cabinets were old and nasty. There were roaches. The floors were damp. The water was dirty and made my skin itch really bad. You can’t leave your trash outside but the valet may not come

I have done some repairs myself IE: painting tub so it looks better caulking sinks stopped toilet from rocking (added shims and caulked it really good)in guest bathroom. They have the man here fixing my ceiling the RIGHT WAY not just putty and paint!! And they even installed my faucet for me! Recently my heat went out, finding the emergency no was hard(its not posted on our portal) when i did get it Mr Paris and Mr Ivory(i hope i spelled it correctly)maintenance were on it Mr Paris brought me a heater and Mr Ivory came and had it fixed in less than 24hrs! I was gonna move out but seeing tht these men and Ms Ashley (leasing agent) are here to help? Has me looking to stay! THANK YOU! GARDENWOOD APARTMENTS!

I am very very pleased with the hospitality and customer service i have received at gardenwood apartments. I met with Ms Camry Mouton and signed my new lease for my 3rd year as a tenant. She is by far the best property manager i have encountered since staying here she also has a great supporting staff thank you for all you do.

I Had such a great experience. My leasing consultant Loretta was super nice, patient, and helpful. She made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. I really appreciated her energy and support.

So far so good... I've had a few lil hiccups but they were very timely about fixing the issues. I had an issue earlier this week and Brandee was absolutely amazing and was able to resolve my problem. Working with her was the best interaction I've had thus far with the front office. 😊
