The leasing team and manager are top notch. Always willing to help and resolve issues in a timely manner. I’ve been here almost 8 years and I’m not going anywhere anytime soon.

Just wanted to add that upon arriving onto the property that I first noticed that the property was well kept together. Grounds and buildings shows that they are upkeeping the properties. I had an amazing chance to meet with the property manager Miss LaShon very nice spirited, great vibes inside of the leasing office was very welcoming warming and comfy well organized smells amazing. The showroom home was spectacular the young lady Kai that taken my brother on a tour to look at his future home was nothing short of awesome.

Here it is 8:25am half of the dryers work lashon is a liar she says people are gonna come fix things in your apartment they never do the way she talks to people makes u uncomfortable in your own home threatens to terminate your lease for her mistakes I’ve tried calling corporate office they never answer this will be my first and last year in these apartments the pool was barley open for the summer it smells like mildew in the down stairs area of the laundry area whole place is wreck if I showed how cracked up my tub is you would think this is a hotel apartment I’ve had them come out multiple times to unclog my sink it’s still clogged with rust from before I moved in the maintenance man tried to cover it up while I was in the apartment with WHITE SPRAY PAINT also was mold on my ceiling he a

Living here has been a great experience, and it’s clear that the team and staff truly cares about their residents. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run property with exceptional management and customer service.

Rachael was absolutely great!!! Very informative and extremely polite. I was very pleased with the service I received and I would highly recommend Embarcadero Club Apartments to anybody looking to get an apartment. The process was super simple and they give you constant updates. They have multiple units to choose from so you can find which unit fits you the best!! I am excited to start my new journey and I look forward to continuing doing business with the Embarcadero family
