Brookstone Apartments

I moved in four months ago and am finally ready to leave a review. Aside from the high hidden fees which isn't nice, Amari Green has been wonderful in helping me find an apartment that fits my style and needs. She is always responsive and willing to assist with any questions or requests. She’s truly a pleasure to work with, and the best part of my experience so far is knowing she’s always available when I have a request or need assistance with something. She’s a five star ⭐️ staff

"I have lived at [Brookstone Apartments ] for 7months and absolutely love it. The management team, especially [Amari and Teresa], is incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly. Whenever I’ve submitted a maintenance request for things like a leaky faucet or lightbulb replacement, it was resolved within 24 hours. The grounds are always clean, and it’s a quiet, safe community. Highly recommend!"

This is one of the worst places to live. They neighbors smoke in there apartments and on the balcony all day and night long. When you complain to the office about the smoke coming into your apartment they act like it's your fault. When I go visit my partner she has two air purifiers going all day and night and it still smells like smoke. We woke up choking in our sleep and I went to take the purifier and the air quality was at 0. We complained again just to be told the issue is being pasted to the property manager. Still haven't heard from her. The people who are causing most of the issue we can hear them every day fighting over drugs and I mean fighting. The photos show the quality of air my partner is dealing with.

I currently stay at Brookstone apartment complex. I have only been here for going on four months and have experienced major problems. My name is Naiah.R 💗 and I have made multiple request and complaints to the office regarding the doors to the bedroom which are breaking and the shower that is constantly running, which is causing my water bill to go up. I have asked to speak to property management and have yet to get a call back, which is extremely alarming to me. I wish this manner was handled properly. I also noticed that my rent is going up constantly. My rent started off. At $1448.00 The month after that, it went up to $1538. And this past December rent was over $1600 I’m unsure on why my rent is constantly going up every month. I have never experienced anything like this at any other

I would give this place and the people that work here 0 stars. THEY NEVER answer emails it doesn’t matter how important it is… your apartment could be on fire and they wouldn’t respond. The property manager acts like she’s a damn A list celebrity. They don’t fix ANYTHING. They half ass these apartments before you move in… I wouldn’t recommend this complex to any body… unnecessary fees that don’t make sure you’ll be paying about 200 for water and sewer which is INSANE. It’s just a lot of under handed things going on in that office. Everybody needs to be fired if you want my honesty. Do not move into brookstone apartments I’m telling you
