The Lofts at Knightdale Station

We have found so much happiness at the lofts of Knightdale.Our moving in day was incredible. We came with mops and cleaning supplies. Surprise, the apartment was spotless, shining and smelled incredibly wonderful. The staff goes out of their was to help you with ANY question or problem you may have. No waiting for weeks to have an issue resolved, usually help comes the very same day. Fun activities are planned for the residents where we can socialize and meet new people. My dog also loves it here. She loves Gabby and is sad when she is not in the office. We can’t wait for summer to try all the wonderful outdoor activities. I have rented at high end apartment but decided to take a tour a the loft at Knightdale, My application was screened by company called Aprove shield, that needed my bank information actually guided me into my online banking Navy federal credit union ,which i had presented pay stubs my wife and I.....20 yrs on the job ...never had to pay 2 months security deposit even with the top luxury apartments never late on-time payment. I MUST SELF FELT SOME DISCRIMINATION..WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM 2 month rent Plus other fees EVEN THOUGH I WAS MOVING IN UNTIL the end of March. GOT HOME CHECK MY EMAIL..then stated I had an outstanding balance with them and I hadn't even signed the lease yet , Lol the same day we toured to make.our finally decision on a apartment (made 3x the rent) perfect rental

I had an excellent experience with all of the staff at the Lofts. Everyone was professional, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Finding an apartment that meets your needs can be challenging, but the staff was accommodating, highly responsive, and made the decision easy. The apartments are beautiful and competitively priced for the location and amenities included. I highly recommend considering the Lofts if you are looking for a luxury apartment in the future.

Stopped by for a tour with a family member. The property was beautiful and the amenities were phenomenal. The staff here takes the time to make it a warm inviting atmosphere for all. The office staff were very kind and attentive. Special shout out to Mercedes (who appeared very busy that day) for taking time to answer our infinite questions and helping us to understand the application process. Even if my family member doesn’t choose this property it will my first pick when it’s time for me to relocate! Thank you lofts staff for the best tour/information and experience of our day while looking at properties in the Raleigh/Knightdale area.

I was really impressed with the lofts at knightdale station, the property was beautiful. Normally I do not write reviews but I was truly impressed. The leasing staff were so friendly and helpful. I had toured with a friend looking for an apartment, and fell in love. I hope when I am in the market for an apartment these are still available.
