Great place to be if you are a commuter since the vta light rail and milpitas bart station is across the street from you. Its a pretty quiet enough building with a lot of the neighbors coming and going. I love the rooftop pool area,such a nice hangout area. I wish they updated the gym a bit and fix the maxhines with issues a bit faster and more. The price was okay/decent but some headaches are to be had here. Like most of the reviewers and my fellow and former tenants says, parking garage is sometimes ridiculous. Don't expect help or help fast if someone takes up your parking space. We need more doggy bags around the building to urge more people to pick up after their pets, maybe more routine janitors/maintenance around the block. The property itself is really nice, which is why I was interested in renting an apartment there. Unfortunately, after calling the leasing office several times throughout the day and not receiving any response, I had to give up. If it’s this difficult to reach them by phone, it raises concerns about how issues might be handled once living there.

I lived here for 4 years, I will not renew anymore. It changed management 5 times, totally messed up everything, worse and worse. They just wants your money and do nothing. Higher and higher charge. Extremely small parking space. Please try your best to avoid rent here. Find somewhere else.

I viewed The Harlowe today and can’t say enough about Kira. She was informative and kind. Not the typical “salesperson”, she was honest and made me excited to live there. I would hold on to her! Stephanie and Evelyn were amazing! So incredibly warm and welcoming. Stephine was a wealth of knowledge. Answered all of our questions and was very sweet. Keep doing what you are doing! I’m sending my application tonight. See y’all soon!
