It’s a great community and I like almost everything about it. To point at one thing the maintenance team is awesome. Oscar especially has been super helpful with our maintenance requests and the best part is he knows his stuff. Every-time the issue was taken care of within a day and in one go without any follow ups. Really makes it a very easy place to live in.

Good community for parents with kids as the schools are around and Milpitas has one of the finest schools. We lived here for more than 2 years. Thumbs up for location, right off 880 so makes it easier to jump on the highway. Also, everything is pretty much near by. Some staff members of mill creek are very kind and some are rude. It’s a big community so sometimes you don’t get immediate assistance if something in your apartment needs service, although they have an excellent service staff, you can submit a service request through an app which is great. Parking is a headache here, you have to pay monthly for each parking spot you get, 25$ for covered and 40$ for uncovered, you don’t get any spot for free but you can reserve more than one for the costs mentioned above. After a VERY rocky start with the move-in process that left us questioning everything, we were genuinely impressed by Pablo from the maintenance team. From the moment we submitted our first service requests, his quick response and professionalism stood out. He showed up within 12 hours—every time—to either fix the problem on the spot or come up with a clear plan to get it done. Pablo has consistently gone above and beyond, and it’s clear he’s carrying a lot of the workload for the team (We still haven’t seen or heard back from another maintenance crew member regarding our broken AC that was supposed to be fixed a few days ago). Pablo’s dedication, honesty, and strong work ethic make all the difference in our experience here. We truly hope Mill Creek recognizes how valuable he is. Speaking

Mike and Pablo on the maintenance team were exceptionally helpful in fixing a leak in my bathroom. They went above and beyond and also replaced a bad aerator on the faucet as well. I'm grateful for their assistance!

Horrible Experience — Wouldn’t Recommend to Anyone! Our stay here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I honestly wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. **1. Rat Infestation in J Block Studio Apartment** Our ordeal began with *rats* in our studio apartment. When I reported it to maintenance and the community manager, they didn’t believe me — until I showed them actual *pictures* of the rats. Only then did they reluctantly agree to move us to a different unit. But it didn’t end there. Monica, from the estate office, accused us of *spreading false rumors* about rats to neighbors and potential tenants. She even justified the infestation by saying, “It’s because of nearby construction.” I still can’t comprehend the logic behind that excuse. To make matters worse, her attitude toward us w
