We needed to upgrade the kitchen and to enlarge it by adding new space. We had few estimates for the remodeling, but the one who stood out as the best for us was with Aviv from Rosegold Builders. Aviv gave us a fair estimate for the big remodeling job. Right after we got the approval from the building inspectors, the demolition stage started few days after. The communication with Aviv during the whole remodeling project was outstanding. The working crew arrived to the house each morning and all the materials for the work arrived as needed and a new wall was built 3’ near the garage. Our review is for the Kitchen remodeling project that included the replacement of all the hardwood floors and new installation of all the ceiling lights at the house. Rosegold Builders was a pleasure to work with.
