I had such a great experience touring the complex with Valentina. She was transparent, easy to communicate with, and patient with all of my questions. Although I didn't end up living here due to my commute, I recommended some friends to check out Eleanor because it is such a nice apartment complex, and to talk to Valentina. Some of these friends have successfully moved in!

Just wow... just wanted to update my last review..super impressed with the new team and improvements, I decided to take back my notice. Jose, Valentina, Victoria and Jullian are amazing at what they do. Cathy was super understanding with our transfer and made the process smooth. I love walking my dog around the area but since the nee landscapers, they have done such an amazing upgrade... kudus to the team. I hope that the water shut offs are less this year.. I know they are doing the best they can, but hope this improves this! still love the propety and the team!

I had a wonderful experience with Victoria, the leasing consultant. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Victoria took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about providing great service, I highly recommend asking for Victoria!

I’ve been living at Eleanor for almost a year and a half, and it has been a really great experience. The apartment is very new with modern, well-maintained facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The location is also very convenient—close to the highway, Great Mall, Trader Joe’s, and many restaurants in the 99 Ranch Market plaza, which makes daily life very easy. The leasing team is friendly and professional, especially Valentina. She is really warm, kind and professional. And she has always been pleasant and patient in answering any questions and truly tries to solve problems from the tenant’s perspective. I still remember during my first tour how thorough and patient she was in addressing all my questions.

I have stayed at different apartments across Bay Area, and I would rank Eleanor Apartments top in my list, reasons - 1.Excellent location - great mall, Montague, easy to get onto 880 & 680. 2.Apartment complex is fairly new and built in modern style and architecture 3. Individual apartments are well designed and perfect for a small family with brand new appliances. 4. Most of time there are 0 complaints/maintenance requests, even if there are any maintenance request they are promptly rectified. 5. The Office Staff - Valentina, is very professional and Kind, my Son talks to her on daily basis as a friend and ends up sharing different stories with us at home. 6. Leasing Manager, Cathy is very professional and always busy dealing with well-being of the community & always approachable.
