Anton Aspire Apartments

Been living here for about 2 years now. Pros: - Close to vta station, trader joes, great mall. - Ample Guest parking. - Maintenance is fairly quick. - Management staff is amazing (Manager Suzanah is extremely responsive and helpful) - No ant/frequent fire alarm problem (There are old reviews about this but I haven’t noticed this during my time here) - Amazon locker. - Friendly neighbours and great community. Cons: - Alleyways and common spaces are not as well maintained as other premium apartments. Although they do clean them once a month or so. - Gym could use some more equipments. It’s pretty small. - Parking lot/stairs are rarely cleaned. - Valet trash charge is compulsory. Overall it’s a great apartment complex with competitive pricing.

We’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The staff and support team truly stand out—they are proactive, approachable, and communicate clearly and consistently. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, which really makes day-to-day living easier and more comfortable. The community also offers some excellent niche amenities that add real value. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax and unwind, the fitness center is well-maintained, and the enclosed garage provides convenience and peace of mind. I also appreciate the outdoor fitness area, which is a nice option for working out in the open air. Overall, this is a well-managed community with responsive staff and thoughtful amenities.

I’ve had such a great experience living in this complex. The building is clean, well maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and overall it’s been a very comfortable place to live. Suzanah is truly the reason I chose to live here. She goes above and beyond for the residents, gives personal attention, and genuinely cares. She is always responsive, kind, and professional, and she makes you feel valued and heard. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in what they do and creates such a positive environment. Thank you, Suzanah, for everything you do.

I recently moved here so I will try to update my review again in a few months to a year. I recently toured a ton of apartments before finally deciding to choose this place. I will easily recommend this place to anyone. Pros: 1. Iris the leasing agent is amazing. She was one of the key factors that helped me decide. He is friendly, helpful and most importantly very patient with me, answering all my questions and helping me throughout the process. 2. Building is pretty new with gas stoves and good ventilation. 3. Gas stoves 4. Good location if you like to use public transportation 5. Does not charge you extra for a parking spot 6. The apartments have good amount of natural light, at least the ones I looked at. 7. Seems like a safe neighborhood 8. Maintenance is pretty good, had a few issues

Throughout my time here, the apartment has been well maintained, quiet, and convenient. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the staff was always responsive and respectful. I also want to sincerely thank the community manager, Suzanah, for her professionalism and accommodation during my renewal process. Overall, I’ve had a very positive living experience.
