Leasing Office - Montevista Apartments

I feel the only reason why these apartments are running so smoothly and is in excellent condition is due to the main maintenance worker, Cory. Who I feel should be the apartment manager supervisor. He knows what is needed to be done with the property in all other expectations, office and around the property. He knows how to communicate with ALL residents not just one nationality. He helps everyone with putting in work orders, parking compliance, moving in and out, and how to get ahold of the people we need to depending on what we need help with. He treats everyone with respect, and shows respect with his dedication to these apartments. Montevista is so lucky to have such an amazing employee.

Very friendly and prompt. They know what they r doing. They keep the park up, it's always really clean. Just love the way the park looks! Domingo and partner great maintenance workers.

Quiet, very well kept grounds. Domingo Ruiz is very attentive to maintenance issues. Keep up the good work!

The maintenance team is top tier and always ready to answer our calls! Truly appreciate their service. The leasing office and management team are superior too!

The complex is nice but the lady manager is extremely rude!!! It’s not a good place to invite guests. If you have a dinner or event where more than one car will be arriving, the extra cars have to park all the way at the mall. Barely any spaces are provided for guest parking. The male manager is super nice but idk what’s wrong with the lady. She makes guests feel extremely restricted and unwelcome.
