BEWARE! was visiting Griffis when I witnessed one of the own MAINTENANCE workers FEMALE RED HAIR wearing the work uniform jacket that says griffis SMOKING CANNABIS right in front of front office door , before walking in to start work. Smoke was going into residents windows. IT should not be allowed for anyone to smoke anything on a strictly non smoking property Especially if she is a worker for this property out on the field or even in office, they are accepting this kind of behavior from Griffis MAINTENANCE workers and asking residents not to be smoking on that property . She is intoxicated working on that complex at griffis residential . BEWARE!!!!!!! They are letting workers here be under the influence while on the clock . Gabriel M. provided excellent apartment repair service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently. It’s been a month since I moved here. Today I had to record the video as a proof about how noisy the community is. There are a lot of residents from BMR (rent controlled apartments) and they are the only ones using all the utilities and making noise starting 11AM until 9-10PM. It’s not just about the pool area, it’s about the entire community that has non-sense created by some residents. I pay a lot of rent and still not able to live peacefully as compared to some people from these apartments who either cook food near pool area whole day and create noise or just cook and home and eat near pool area everyday. From the first visit to helping with Move-in day, the staff have all been wonderful at Griffis South Bay Apartments. Shoutout to Mekayla and Blanca! Both were super friendly and very helpful in showing us great apartment options and getting us settled. The apartment grounds are very clean and peaceful. And the location of the apartments is very convenient, most shopping needs is usually a few minutes away.

We truly appreciate the service associate, Gabriel Miramontes, who showed great humanity toward our family when the office was closed. A lens had accidentally fallen into the wash basin sink, and replacing it would have taken a long time. Although it was considered a non-emergency and most of the maintenance/management did not pay much attention, this associate, like an angel, understood our concern and promptly attended to the service request without delay.
