Amalfi Apartments

Just moved into Amalfi and so far so good! The complex is well-maintained with nice amenities. Parking is on the same floor as our unit, which makes carrying groceries way easier. It's about 5 mins walking to BART and there's a small park with tennis courts nearby. Maintenance has been very responsive too. Big shoutout to David, our leasing consultant. He made the whole process so easy. He's incredibly knowledgeable, answered all our questions promptly and stayed in touch throughout. If you're considering Amalfi, definitely reach out to David.

I had tours in Amalfi lately. Leasing consultants Larry and David were all very patient and nice to show me the community during the tours. Other leasing team members were helpful too. Amalfi is a nice community, warm and spacious. leasing team is friendly. It is good that I don’t have to deal with AI leasing assistant here!

After a trip from the east coast to west coast on apt hunting trip, we found Amalfi Milpitas. Larry was the agent who gave us our tour, and he was amazing! Super informative, very detail oriented and so friendly! Honestly, of all the complexes we toured, Amalfi was by far the best hands down! And Larry’s knowledge and friendliness was the icing on the cake - making us decide that Amalfi was the place for us! Amalfi is lucky to have someone like Larry on their team! So excited to move in!!

I wish I can give a 0 star. The Amalfi office scheduled a mandatory water inspection on February 17th & February 18th. According to the notice, they will force to enter every resident’s unit. Actually this is the first year I moved into this apartment, yet the Amalfi management has entered every apartment for four times for MANDATORY inspections, which is far more frequent than any other apartment I lived in before. For this time, I and some of my neighbors had to wait at our apartments for two days since they don’t provide specific appointment for the inspection, which means they will enter your home at any time no matter you are available or not. We waited for two days and NOBODY even came for the inspection. Please show some respect to residents okay?Never responds to residents’ email

I have been living in the apartments for two months now. I have had a pleasant experience in the community. The leasing staff is very helpful, they assist and resolve any problem I have. Maintenance staff is also pretty responsive and friendly. I enjoy the neighbourhood, it’s calm and pretty.
