The Dean Apartments

I had a wonderful experience living at The Dean! The apartment is beautiful, modern, and comfortable — a truly great place to call home. The management team is amazing and made everything smooth from start to finish. Special shoutout to Trent and Tori from Prometheus — they were absolute rockstars and went above and beyond to help with my move-out and stay. If it weren’t for a work-related move, I would definitely have stayed here much longer. Highly recommend The Dean to anyone looking for a great home and an exceptional community!

I’ve been living at The Dean for about six months, and my overall experience has been excellent. The environment is beautiful, well-maintained, and genuinely enjoyable to come home to. The amenities are incredibly convenient and feel like a real upgrade to daily life—there are three spa hot tubs, two large heated pools, plus a work room and multiple party rooms that residents can use for free. Everything is thoughtfully set up and easy to access. Most importantly, the leasing office team is truly helpful—responsive, responsible, and quick to address any issues that come up. Special thanks to Sarah and Trent for efficiently helping me resolve a tricky situation recently. Really appreciate their support!

We have lived at The Dean for over 2 years, and at this point we are seriously considering moving out — mainly because of the fire alarm situation. The building has had repeated false fire alarms in the middle of the night, last night was at 2: 30AM, and this has already been the 6th/7th time happened this year that we have to evacuate in the middle of the night. What I can't stand is the level of loudness. We have a baby at home, and I am honestly worried about the impact on her hearing and sleep. This should never be something families have to worry about in an apartment at this price point. What’s worse is that the Prometheus management has done nothing meaningful to address this, despite repeated complaints from many residents. Even the fire department confirmed this is a building al

We’ve had a great year living at The Dean. The amenities, community upkeep, and staff make this place a great place to live. Had our rent not gone up so much for our renewal, we wouldn’t have even looked to see what other options we had, but we did, so we’re moving and saving money. We will miss watching all the dogs and kids playing in the parks! A small critique is how management allows people to have whatever clutter they’d like on balconies and in hallways. It’s just unsightly. Aside from that, the neighbors and community are great!

My daughter loves living at the Dean and now my second daughter is moving in next year. We have had great experience with help at the front desk with the help of Kate! She is very organized and responsive to any needs my daughters have . I highly recommend college kids living there
