Terrace Heights Apartments

Please be careful renting from this place. The property manager may seem nice but she is little more than a slumlord.. she promised I could move early and not have it held against me and now I owe over 5,000 to collections. Her name is Georgia and rent if you must but remember to get everything in writing because she cannot be trusted.

Applied for an apartment and was told I was approved and the ma agent asked for a deposit. ( I was told the deposit would be held and not cashed h til I moved in but it was cashed) When it came time to move in there wasn’t an apartment available and the manager refused to give back my deposit. I never even saw a unit!

This is great Location and amazing amenities in this building. I love The layout and the modern finishes. The appliances are upgraded, and I love the cabinets.

Place is run down. Garbage everywhere and open drug use. Management is awful, they never addressed any of the issues that were noted upon move in and to top it all off I am fighting to get my deposit back. Georgia Morrissey is the property manager and has failed to communicate anything with me. I moved out in March and here we are in June and no deposit and no info, forcing me to seek legal action. Stay away from this place.

Rent at your own risk! This place is a dump. The manager isn't bad but the owners could care less about it or following through with their side of the contract. Don't expect them to return your security deposit.
