Sylvan Square Apartments

The apartment itself is great but the current property manager is never available even if contacted during work hours. I’ve tried contacting through phone, text, email, and in person in the leasing office (which is never open, always locked).

Sylvan Square Apartments was a very good experience for me. The grounds are very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub are a nice added feature. The property manager, Janice, is extremely responsive to needs and issues. She is incredibly fair and manages remodels that transform an apartment to feel like a home. To help young families with apartment living, Sylvan park is just a short walk away so kids can run around.

I lived at Sylvan Square twenty years ago, so I can't speak to how it is now. But, back then, the apartments were great, in a nice neighborhood, and the management was friendly and responsive.

The woman that works in the leasing office (elder woman with short blonde hair) is EXTREMELY RUDE. Do not waste your time or money here.

Apartments are spacious and affordable. Complex is well- maintenaned.
