First time renter. Needed a stump grinder. Very friendly staff. Took just a few minutes to hook up. They gave me all instructions and machinery operated flawlessly. I have used another rental shop in Eugene but they didn’t compare to this place. Will be back! Thanks!

I have been using a different rental company in Eugene for many years.. almost always it’s been a hassle, one way or the other. Extra charges, reserved equipment not there when I show up, rude yard people..etc. the last couple weeks I’ve had the pleasure of using Springfield rentals for the first time. They have been fantastic. They always have the equipment ready when I show up and when it does break they don’t try to blame me.. they just fix it. Couldn’t be happier so far.. won’t go back to the other place.

Highly recommended. Everyone was so unbelievably helpful, even when we didn’t think we could make it work, they made it work! Prices are right. Everyone was more than willing to go the extra mile to help. Every single one of the employees there were ready and happy to help. I will absolutely be back. If you haven’t tried them, please do! They have everything you need. Down to the ramps, the ball tow kit, trailer.. etc. very happy. Thank you. So much!

Great crew: yard guys loaded everything and hooked up their provided trailer for the rototiller and stump grinder we rented. Showed up without notice on needing a trailer, and a hitch ball, and they totally took care of everything. Office staff was quick and accurate. Overall a great experience in equipment rental.

My go to for all my rentals when working on my house! Got a trencher for when I had to put in a new sewer line, and rented a floor sander on 2 occasions now to refinish hardwood floors. Always great and friendly and will take extra time to help you make sure you learn the equipment.
