Countryside

Countryside Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The property is well maintained and is nice and quiet. Anything that needs to get done in my unit is taken care of immediately and is done professionally. The office staff is warm and friendly. I am proud to say I have lived here for over 10 years and have been happy the entire time.I would definitely recommend anyone to check out Countryside Apartments if looking for a new place to live.

Great place to live. Maintenance is amazing with their quick responses and management is nice to its tenants. On a bus route and close to the Shopps at Gateway and other establishments.

Charles and I have lived at countryside for 8 years, at the beginning it was great but through management changes things became uncomfortable. Unbelievably awful neighbors, really horrible manager, Samantha, so many reasons not to want to continue living here. We considered relocating but we like our apartment. Ryan our current manager is better by far. I'm just so impressed by our maintenance man Jared!! He's amazing, works so hard, very polite. He's indispensable, irreplaceable, quick, thorough, respectful, honest, hardworking, and deserves to be recognized! Goes above and beyond with every task! The only current issue is random weirdos coming through here, safety in the parking lot is sketchy at times. We wish there was on-site security. He shows up, locks up things and leaves. Not real

My family and I have lived here now for 4 years, it's a nice area and we have gotten to know a few of our neighbors. The maintenance man is great and is always prompt to help keep things fixed. Honestly he is the best part of living here, we don't have to worry about things not getting fixed.Something we don't like about renting here is that every time we resign our lease our rent goes up, so that's a bummer and is making it quite expensive to live here.Also when we moved in we were excited to hear that they were fixing the pool but in the end they filled it in and made it a fenced in dog area, so that was disappointing.

I called asked about studio quote on rent , the first time called nobody answer called like 2hrs later a man pick up he sounded like he hates his job ,like he did not want to talk strange 🤔 They are way over priced for rent by $350 dollars for studio he say he guessing $1,200 to $1,300 for a studio. I pay $825 for my studio now think just keep it lol 😆 I want move because have crazy creepy neighbor. Anyways some of these 1 star reviews are true my opinion and by my experience on phone. 👋
