Our microwave went out suddenly and I put in a maintenance request that morning. Not only was maintenance there at my door witching a few hours, but they checked it, installed a new microwave, and had everything taken care of THAT DAY. Miles and Talia were quick, efficient, and handled my issue with care. I was impressed! Thank you maintenance team!

Wow! I am so impressed with the service here. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartment was sparkling clean when I moved in. Megan in the office is so sweet and responsive and has been just fabulous to work with. I reported an issue and within 5 minutes, Miles the Mighty Maintenance Man was at my apartment to fix it completely. Couldn’t ask for better service. 😄

The units themselves are nice, and the grounds are kept looking very clean and well-maintained, (minus the dog poop on nearly every square inch of grass). The curb appeal is what initially made this place appealing. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. Management was consistently unreachable, especially by phone even during emergencies when our brand new sink was leaking. When they did engage, it often felt like the focus was more on finding ways to charge additional fees rather than actually supporting residents. Inspections happened almost monthly, which was extremely difficult to manage with a full time work schedule and a nervous dog. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The property management and staff are awful. I have never had such a difficult time getting people to even call me back once I signed my lease. The amount of employee turnover is insane and makes sense for how bad their property management company Stratum PM treats employees and leasees. The apartments are but very cheaply built and if you like easy trash management you are out of luck, because they have two trash compactors for the whole property and unless you live in the buildings by them you have to walk FAR to take it out because they are on the opposite ends of the property. Great staff the 2 and 3 bedroom are very nice. Iv had nothing but good Experiences while living here yes I it did change management, but they’re all still very sweet and kind. They work with you when it comes to any problem. Ashley is amazing we love it when she comes to visit and there new manager Alexis is such a sweet heart .
