I haven’t moved in quite yet, but I was saving process has been quite simple as long as you have the income, a stable job and a good background. Tiara has been super helpful, I’m the type of person to ask questions twice maybe even three times because it’s hard for me to get a good understanding of things and she has no issue answering every question or jumping through any hurdles so great staff so far signing up won’t be an issue. The management team was always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests, making it easy to feel at home. The grounds were well-maintained, and the community felt safe and welcoming throughout my stay. My apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything in great working condition from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. I also appreciated how quiet the community was, making it easy to relax or focus when working from home. Besides having some details missed in the turn over of the apartment before we moved in, this has been a very pleasant place to live. The staff is very helpful, maintenance is prompt to fixing issues, pool is enjoyable, love the refreshments and treats offered regularly through the office, love the pet friendly atmosphere, and the ease of laundry VIA app.

Sequoia Apartments was my first home as a single mother of 3 young children! The staff are very communicative and inform you of any and everything going on here at the complex. They’re quick to help if any problem or issue arises. They’re constantly supplying snacks and drinks to their residents and are EXTREMELY involved. It is very comfortable and cozy here. And there’s a pool so that’s always a plus! I highly recommend checking this place out (:

I love living at The Sequoia Apartments! Staff is friendly and has been incredibly helpful! They really go above and beyond. Maintenance is great too: fast, efficient and friendly. My two bedroom is nice and open with good lighting. Also, you can't beat the location. Its feels set back and quiet, but is close to everything you'll need. My only complaint is a small one, the floors are a bit creeky. So we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking around and I'm sure they hear us. Doesn't bother me much though and not every apt here has that issue. All around a great place that I hope to stay in long term.
