Northwood Apartments

I've lived in these apartments for a little over 5 years now and the apartments themselves are fine, other tenants keep to themselves for the most part which is nice, and then we have a maintenance request it's taken care of quickly and generally done well with the new maintenance staff they have on hand. The best part this place has to offer is the current property manager, Nicole Gallagher. She is by far the best property manager we've had here in the time I've lived here and actually sees tenants as people rather than income for the property management company. She singlehandedly makes this apartment complex a nice place to live.

This place doesn’t look like the pictures. I toured and the apartments smell like mold. There were holes in walls and when addressed the property manager had nothing to say. For the cost of these you can spend your money elsewhere for a much better place. That’s what I did.

I love living here...manager is awesome...and the place is fairly quiet...but it sucks when the manager goes on vacation and the caretakers neglect the pool...the hottest days of the summer and can't even take a dip. Leaving as soon as lease is up.

Hackers, bullies, thieves, cyber criminals, breaking and entering, invasion of privacy one of the worst places I’ve ever been! They put hidden cameras inside my home without my consent or knowledge and hacked all my devices including peeping Tom’s sitting outside my windows and doors talking about what I am doing

Manager is a wonderful person, the company that owns the apartment not quite as personable - pretty big rent hike this year.
