I’ve been living here for almost a year. During this time, the landlord has gone out of his way to make the tenants stay inconvenient. From repainting parking spot lines and forcing us all to park other places off property while we all have to work full time to literally towing our cars without warning and making us pay over a thousand dollars if we don’t move our car longer than three days. Mind you, you have to PAY for parking. This place is expensive as hell with barely 0 amenities to make up for the price of these apartments. Washer & dryer will 100% cause you problems even after the maintenance man “fixes it”. You’ll move in and have to deep clean the place yourself. For about $1,800 a month you might as well get the other apartments in town that are WAY nicer and hope that they will

The mgmt team here at The Chalet is top notch! There is nothing to complain about… They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. They always go above and beyond!! Thank you Joe & Darryl

I been living for a year or so and I been very pleased with the apartments. I like it that is very closed to stores and other areas. And our landlord Joe. Our first landlord that is very kind and that cares for the people who live in Chalet apartments. And we are also very appreciative from maintenance too.

The heater and faucet is PERFECT! But I included that the bottom door of vanity is loose and hinge is broken in the text I got before the visit. Everything else is good. Can Darrel come out and fix it? David

Was a happy tenant here for over a year but now with new ownership and new property manager, they bold face lied to our faces about a new deal and not increasing our rent to move into another apartment while trying to make up excuses for lying to our faces. Even with the renovations, this place is not worth $1850/month, plus pet rent and utilities which will make it to about $2k a month. Avoid like the plague.
