A great place to stay. Starting from contract sign in till sign out after a year and half. All went great. Maintenance team on top notch special thanks to Abraham Taj, Jeremy Brown and many more team members who provided support day/night with a solution. Essex property consuming apps such as smart rent, rent pay which make maintenance request, door lock and unlock, rental payment and many more an hassle free experience. Special thanks to Matthew, Britt and Jennifer who had supported with lease renewal and exit. Overall a great place with good connectivity. During my stay I had seen how well all periodic maintenance such as road repair, hob cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, tree branch cutting, safety check and ensure fire alarms work as expected including checking fire extinguishers. Not one part of me could recommend this place. Terrible, entirely non responsive management, old and barely maintained apartments, terrible parking, loud neighbors, trash strewn parking lots, and disgusting "amenities" that are as good as useless. Spend the same amount of money somewhere else for somewhere that you can make it feel at home, because this place isn't it. 2 year tenant here and am embarrassed to have company over. The only good thing I have to say is that the maintenance team is nice as hell and work hard with what they're given. Everything else? Run far away

Such an awful and annoying management who doesn't have the basic etiquette to respond to their tenants. Being a model tenant,The least i can expect is a clear communication about our needs and leasing information. I have got zero response from management even after following up multiple times. Short staff cannot be the reason all the time. Can someone from management please respond to me at the earliest? Thank you

My overall experience at Shadowbrook has been great. The first few months I was skeptical because of the negative reviews I previously read. However, since I’ve lived here, I’ve noticed improvements in the management. It seems shadowbrook hired more facility employees, because there’s been less wait time for staff to come out for maintenance repairs, taking up to 48 hours for their arrival. If I have any questions or concerns, property management has always been there for me to answer them. Also, I can’t complain about the pricing for their units in the Redmond area.

If you are wanting to move here - don’t. I wish I could give 0 stars. There is no property management on site, they do not answer their phones, emails or text in a timely manner AT ALL. Their lack of work is absurd - clearly - most other reviews have the same complaint. If they utilized their office space how it should be, they would know what is happening in their complex instead of sending email after email about the same issues. None of the management is on the same page & can’t resolve issues correctly. Myself and my neighbors were giving them information that they needed in order to have a resident removed from the property.
