Our condo association had a management company that fluctuated between being unresponsive and unpleasant to even speak to. The owner sold his business to Sentry Management earlier in 2025 and there's been a complete turnaround. This past Monday, I woke up at 3 a.m. to water coming thru my bedroom and bathroom ceiling! Our association staff person, Ronda W., called me about 8 am, right after she read the email I had sent her. She was sympathetic and focused on helping me resolve the problem. She stopped by my condo 3X that day to talk with a plumber I had hired, who had opened up the ceiling to look for the source of the leak. She also took time to ask how I was coping. Still on Monday, she proactively contacted my upstairs neighbor for permission to enter their apartment. Ronda also

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management. We have been with them for seven months, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. While I gave plenty of grace during the initial transition period, the service has only declined. There is a severe lack of communication, collaboration, and follow-through. I have sent multiple emails—including second requests on urgent matters—without receiving a single acknowledgment or response. Professionalism and basic responsiveness are missing here. We moved from a previous company, hoping for improvement, but this has been a step backward.
