Xenia Apartments

We have lived in Xenia for about one year now. So far, we really like the building, its location, our unit (especially the high ceilings!), and the amenities. I am writing mostly to discuss the pet situation (as a pet owner myself!). I have said since moving in here that it is maybe the least pet friendly place I have ever lived. The building itself is massive and spans an entire block all the way around. Unfortunately, there is quite literally only ONE pet trash can around the entire block. In other words, have to walk a block and back every time my pet goes to the bathroom in this manner. Without sufficient number of trash receptacles around (ie, at literally any other door), pet owners seem to neglect to pick up properly. This creates a negative environment for ALL residents. Tierra is very professional, respectful, kind, welcoming and I can go on and on. I just loved how she made my moving experience so easy and enjoyable. I love my new apartment, I love the high ceiling, the design of the kitchen, the work areas are so beautiful and neatly arranged and I just love everything about this place and I recommend for anyone who is looking to rent to at least come over and see it for yourself.

We moved here in February due to relocation and for the most part we love our apartment! The staff is wonderful, the maintenance guys are great! Overall we have had a great experience here, with the exception of the smell of weed everywhere around the complex! I love to sit on my deck and enjoy being outside but 80% of the time I have to inhale the weed from the tenant upstairs, it’s in the hallways, garage, mailroom, etc. We moved from an apartment complex that the landscaping was immaculate, here I have so many weeds outside my apartment deck, it just looks awful! I’m about to go pull them myself🤣 They have flower pots around the pool but never put flowers in them this summer, just dirt! I have been living at Xenia for 3 months and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It took one tour with the help of Jake and I was ready to sign the lease. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any concerns or maintenance requests (they even helped put my curtains up and mounted my tv). The amenities are top-notch, including gym, pool, community lounge, grilles, rooftop and the work station, which make living here feel like a luxury. The complex is always clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. The location is perfect, with easy access to, public transportation, shopping centers. Overall, I highly recommend Xenia Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I just recently moved in, so I can’t speak too much about my experience yet (it’s only been five days), but I wanted to highlight how great Emily has been throughout the process! I first toured the property with her back in June, and she also helped me with my move-in. She’s been incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I felt settled in.
