I’ve never been more happy with a property manager ever in my life. My kids just got approved for one of there apartments in the St. Paul/Como Lake area & the manager Savannah was AMAZING! She went above & beyond to help us, I could tell she had the best intentions, she was honest & upfront & extremely good at her job. It’s hard to find people these days who are so caring, compassionate & actually care about doing there job the right way. She really cares about the people she rents too & there’s nothing better than that. I know my kids will be happy & well taken care of at this property & that means everything to me. I highly recommend Equimax Real Estate & rental’s for anyone who’s currently looking. They are GREAT!!!!

To call these people "monsters" would be an insult to some of the friendlier denizens of Sesame Street. But, if you meet with them and hear the Imperial March from Star Wars playing in the background, do not be surprised. Some landlords might be called unprofessional, irresponsible or disorganized. These people are simply evil. And also unprofessional, irresponsible and disorganized. Are there terrible tenants out there that make landlords and residential managers miserable? Absolutely. But, are there also terrible landlords? Yes. And I have never dealt with a more outrageously awful landlord in my decades as a renter. Our apartment recently switched to them. Ever since the experience has been terrible. We recently had an incident where someone (staff) entered our apartment without permission while we were gone and turned on our tub water. Caretaker Brittany P. changed her story atleast 2/3 times.. When I spoke to someone from the property management explaining what happened she immediately got an attitude and told me that she thinks we’re lying and that we did this to try and leave our lease.. doesn’t make sense. We recently had an emergency, none of the caretakers answered the phone nor did they follow up the next day. Last month for some reason we had garage rent added onto our rent, I asked them to remove it, they never did(for some reason the caretaker Brittany has my number blocked. Never had any i

This company bought the quadplex we live in & the entire experience has been terrible ever since. They took away my neighbors garage usage. They're raising rent by $195. We were planning to renew our lease but suddenly We have to scramble & find somewhere else to live when we were not planning on moving this year. The apartment is hardly worth the cost before the jacked up prices. Now they're showing our place & giving less than 3 hours notice. Would not recommend renting through them. You're treated as a number & not a family who needs a stable roof over their heads
