West End Apartments

Been living here a year, place is sweet. Walls are thick, can't hear anyone. Parking lot just got striped which is nice. Rent is super good for location. It's in a really nice neighborhood. The current property manager Helen is awesome. The maintenance guy is so cool too, not sure what his name is but he's a beast. Honestly love this place

I've been living here for a few months now and I can confidently say that is home for me! My apartment feels really cozy and my two cats have so much space to play and lounge around. Also, Helen and the maintenance team are amazing !!! They make sure any questions you have get answered and any maintenance request get done.

As a vendor I have worked with many managers at many properties, and I have to say Helen has been a great manager to work with! She’s helpful accommodating and goes out of her way to insure proper communication and support to both residents and vendors! Thank you Helen for the great and fun personality you bring to the job!

I was at West End for two years, management was ok when I got there, then Helen came aboard, and what a difference! She is on top of any and all concerns and handles them like a pro!. Rent with Helen with piece of mind, probably the best property Mngr I have been involved with.. THANKS HELEN!!!!

I want to give a shout out to Helen and the maintenence team! Ive been living here for 2 months now and Helen made the moving process very easy. The maintenence team are very responsive, and will always make sure your maintenence requests will be resolved. I really recommend living here!
