I have a semi-custom home built by Stonegate / Gonyea, and they didn’t just build my dream home — their post-build service has been excellent as well. They truly treat us like family and always put the homeowner first. They are flexible, responsive, and consistently find solutions for things that naturally happen with a new home, such as ceiling cracks and nail pops. Their team has been easy to work with and very supportive throughout the entire process. I met Jeff Martineau, over 2 years ago, after loosing my beloved husband and needing to down size. it was important to find someone like Jeff, who would walk this new journey with me. Of course, being a designer myself, I would spend a lot of time looking at many builders but kept coming back to Stonegate and Jeff, who were the closest option I found. Since my house was for sale, Jeff was kind enough to take a risk on me and secure the lot I wanted. At the design center, Shannon and Trent were the best and offered cutting edge products as well as searching for my desires. It was such a fun experience! How often did I pop into Jeff, "Mr. Energy," as he carefully listened to my needs to customize my home, to make it mine! Of course he was very knowledgeable to guide me with the budget. O

We were NOT going to build another house, but we are SO GLAD we did! The whole team has been tremendous and the time planning has actually been fun! From the start with Jeff M. in sales, we feel like we are his only customer! This treatment continued with Shannon (and Katye) in design and Reid (and Meagan) in Construction Project Management. The Stonegate Team and the electrical team at Phase Electric also showed exemplary customer service with great suggestions. Even when we've gone into the headquarter building, the people in the office are so friendly. I have no idea who they are or what they do, but they just seem like they care.
