The Winn at Golden Valley

It took me months of searching for the right apartment and I lucked out on not only a really beautiful apartment, but perfect location right by job and amazing customer service from Steven. I've had several years of leasing experience so I knew what questions I had in mind and I can tell you, it's easy to get impatient when a customer has so many questions but I love that Steven not only maintains his kindness and professionalism, but he actually makes you feel more like a guest; someone who welcomes you, is happy to help or be of service and even with a few limitations on what I was able to see in person, he still gave me great information, assurance, and answers I needed to make a sound decision. I'm very impressed and happy with my decision and can't wait to move in!

I can't wait to secure my lease at The Winn. This will be my first time renting a home, and Steven in particular has made the experience amazing. The location of the apartments is great, being right off hwy 55 and right next to a lot of restaurants and places to go, and the building itself comes with so many amenities.
