Riverside Manor in Dawson MN. Manager and staff always use closest parking spaces rather than choose to be customer focused. I stopped to talk to Jeremy. current manager, and he was rude. He threw his arms in the air and told me it was a public street and he can park where he wants. I suggested staff park in back parking lot. Sad way to run a business. Definitely not putting his best foot forward.

it’s a great place to live, and it used to be a safe place. But because my domestic abuser is allowed to not only stay in the apartment, I had to flee for my own safety, but sign a new lease on set apartment? And I have no idea what to do because I have an order of protection that has been granted by a judge for two years. Yet, I still have to share this building with my perpetrator. No one seems to have any answers.

Not a bad complex here in the Moorhead area, but… This is the first management company I’ve dealt with in my adult life that has no way set up of paying rent online. As a totally blind person, I don’t write checks… And if I have to go get a money order, not only do I have to pay for the money order, I have to pay for Uber to and from. So living here actually costs me more than it might if I could see. I consider that some sort of discrimination. Thankfully, my property manager does allow my significant other to write both of our rent checks, and accepts it that way. However, it would be nice if this company as a whole would move into the 21st century.

I've been a resident since June of 2020. The yearly apartment inspections are a bit annoying but the majority of the residents are friendly. In-building Compassion Care (limited resident home health aides), group room, 50' to the river, cats and dogs allowed with deposit and commensurate paperwork. Nice, quiet, safe well maintained building.

I was a resident of there apartments in thief River falls Minnesota for a year I left the end of March to visit my son I'm another state when I got there I had two heart failures that week and found out I needed a kidney transplant so the hospital said I needed to stay there so I told the manager plus my lease was up the end of that month March now they are trying to collect 2688 dollars of rent when at the most I owed for maybe three months which would of been 1200dollars not counting the deposit i have them when I moved in oi have not received a itemized statement for where there figure comes from so instead they just turned it over to collections also of note they tried to evict me for accidently falling asleep on the community couch twice and yet there are people getting drunk threaten
