Where do I begin? We had to go to this location to sign the mortgage paperwork. While in the office with a total of seven people, as my husband is signing the paperwork and the lady is explaining what he is signing the other party (seller and selling realtor) just would not stop talking. VERY LOUDLY AT THAT. I could not hear anything the lady was explaining and had to move my seat in closer to hear. We are literally giving thousands and thousands of dollars away for a home you would think at the least people would have some respect for the other party. You know how you are around other people and kind of whisper talk? That was not happening here. We just bought our first home, Tim made the home buying process easy for us! He is very knowledgable and will point out things to you while looking at homes. Sometimes I wouldn’t even notice small things or didn’t know what to look for. He was extremely professional and very prompt in his responses. Highly recommend Tim, he is great!!
