Beware of the office lady LINDA. She has a short attention span, leading to her over talking, jumping from subject and interrupting the person she is conversing with. They do hard credit checks not soft. TRUST THE reviews i wish i had. THANK ME LATER!!!

Nice quiet apartment complex. I've been here over 3 years and have never had a problem with anyone. Neighbors generally mind their own businesses and go about their way. They speak when passing, help you out sometimes when you're struggling (like bringing in something heavy). There are 3 levels. There is no elevator, but it's not too many stairs to go up. Walls are thin, as can be expected. This isn't a problem unless you have neighbors with a loud TV/radio and/or share a bedroom wall with someone who keeps the TV/radio on. Or someone with small kids and/or a baby. Rooms are quite spacious. There is storage on the floor which is a decent size. Maintenance is always responsive. Any problem, no matter how minor, is promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this place. Residents pay for elec

If your looking for a pool. That is false advertising. I have lived here over 4 years, never has a pool ever been open. The grounds are very well taken care of. Brian who does matenience is extremely nice. However you only want him. Rose use to run the place, but has recently left. So not sure what will happen now. Overall the neighbors are very nice.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. It's very quiet and super clean. The residents are extremely kind as well. I was struggling moving my dinning room table and a neighbor named Joe came up to help me without being asked, couldn't have done it without him. Rose is very quick with her assistance. My shower head wasn't working and after I talked to Rose she had the on staff mechanic come and fix it within the hour. Amazing experience. Would easily recommend to anyone looking for affordable and spacious apartments!

When I moved in here I was just going to stay for a very short time and move to another apartment complex. I've been here now for a little over a year and love it, I'll be here until I buy my next home. I have a two bedroom apartment and it is very roomy and quite. Rose is the property manager of the site she does an outstanding job here. She's always attentive to my calls at the front office. I've had very minor issues while here and She's answered and handled everyone Expeditiously. This complex is very well maintained and I always see Rose out here checking the place out and even walking through on the weekends to ensure things are running properly. Hall ways and laundry room stay clean and the grass is always well manicured. Bottom line this place really surprised me and is a excelle
