I have lived here for almost five years and I have enjoyed this community. The Office/maintenance Staff have been great! They have my welcomed input and have taken action on my suggestions. It’s really nice to be part of an apartment complex with the owners and Staff actually listen to the residents to make our living here better and safer! I appreciate the management team’s and the staff’s consistent support, kindness, diligence, and assistance working to resolve any concern/issue that may arise. Even with Staffing changes my overall experience has been great so far! As with anything, communication and working together to build a better living community is key! I have lived here for 2 years and the first year was good only some complaints. But this year, they have continuously charged us late fees after the auto pay feature (that they set up 2 different times) keeps somehow turning off. And when we’ve called to get it taken care of or gone in person we were told they would dismiss the fee as a courtesy (like it was our fault). And when this just happened a second time we are told it’s our fault again and that we just need to deal with the fee. Not to mention what others have called out- huge bug issues, maintenance does have done jobs or cover ups. Moving in we had a door that was very obviously broken into and not safe (as it was very hard to latch) and it took them months of arguing and constant calling to get them to replace it. Maintenance came in and handled the repairs very quickly. The gentleman was professional and courteous. Maintenance request are always responded to promptly and without hassle.

Literally just moved in repair after repair after repair. To only do a half job and mark as completed-Not!!! Upon cleaning hair is embedded in certain areas because it was painted into the surface so can’t clean it up. Glad I’m not the type to just move my belongings in because I had to clean so many ignored areas from their cleaner! I’ve given up just counting down my months since I can’t pay for a buyout!!! Huge mistake coming here!
