I closed a deal with Speedy a couple weeks back, have to say they are very attentive to details, very helpful all the way through the process and all in all would recommend using speedy title to anybody! Cynthia, Megan, and Nancy along with all of the others were absolutely amazing to deal with, and I plan to use Speedy for all of my closings in the upcoming future!

Wish I could give zero stars. The PA distinctly stated to hold funds for final water bill. They never ordered the final water bill and told us there wasn’t one at closing. Two weeks later a bill for over 9k showed up! The seller is long gone and they claimed since we signed a hold harmless clause they are not responsible ALTHOUGH they didn’t do the very thing they were hired to do. The agency had a lot of fake empathy for my issue but refused to even put any money towards their mishap. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! Update, the processor told me DIRECTLY that she did not order the final water bill and was not mandated to do so when I initially informed her of this bill. Now she’s stating the contrary. This title company shows a major lack of accountability in this matter and I will keep you all

Very poor customer service. They don't respond to calls or emails. They are anything but speedy. Two weeks past contract closing date and still cannot get any response from title company. I would avoid using this company unless you actually like headaches.

I purchased a property through Speedy Title and Escrow Services, and later I discovered that the house had a demolition order from the city. When I reached out to the company, the only response I received was, “we missed that part.” This is a very serious issue that should never have been overlooked by a title company. Such negligence caused me significant stress and financial risk. Buyers trust a title company to protect them from exactly these kinds of problems, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability.

My advice from personal experience is to not use Speedy Title. Poor attention to detail, difficult to get straight answers, sends closing documents at the last minute, and incorrectly disperses funds. Speedy will most likely respond to this review and say it was my fault or my realtor’s fault for not pointing out all their mistakes. That’s ok but they don’t realize how professional and detailed other title companies in Michigan are compared to Speedy Title.
