Eastwood Village Apartments

Hi yes I've officially moved in July 2025 and to my surprise things wasn't what they appeared to be, its so nasty on the outside of my building, the inside several things are very very outdated! Turning on fans or heat and central air sounds like a big loud truck, it been so hard for me to rest sad to say this has been my experience so far.

It’s a very nice place to visit/live!! My tour guide/representative was great and very knowledgeable. Later down the future if I need a location this will be my spot to go to. Absolutely loved it there and the atmosphere!!!

They do not update you when workers are coming, the wiring sucks you can take a look at how they keep their Comcast boxes outside, that will tell you enough. They wake you up at 9am on a Friday with no notice and chainsaws on your porch to do landscaping and have people who are looking to paint touch your screens. If you have ptsd, this place will not make you feel safe. The workers left nails EVERYWHERE. Not one resident was notified this work was being done and the extent of it. They leave tools everywhere and trash.

Lived here for nearly three years and extremely disappointed to say that they have stolen money from me out of my security deposit. They're claiming I damaged a "tub faucet" which makes no sense and is a clear money grab. I've reached out to property management multiple times to discuss and they have never picked up or called me back. Please give me my money back, you guys. I will update this review if they ever do the right thing.

I have been looking for an apartment for a couple of months and Eastwood Village was the first apartment complex that spoke to me and felt inviting. Chelsea was amazing and super supportive with all my concerns! The grounds are well maintained and pretty. I haven’t moved in yet, but today is the day I get my keys and I’m super thrilled. Thank you for making my experience easy 🙏🏼
