Harper Square Apartments

I’ve been here for 5 years now and honestly you probably won’t find better for price point, HOWEVER… I think recently it’s been going downhill a little. My catalytic converter was stolen, new management every other month now & they need to pave the road. You’ll be replacing your tires every year.

I had a great experience with Jasmine, the property manager at Harper Square Apartments. She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuine throughout the entire process. Jasmine took the time to show me apartments that matched my budget and made sure I qualified ahead of time, which saved us both time and gave me peace of mind. She was thorough, honest, and very knowledgeable during the viewing. The apartment she showed me was clean, had a great layout, and was clearly well-maintained. This is by far one of the best rental deals I’ve found—especially in this area. I truly appreciate Jasmine’s professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

I guess I am not the only one who's had the same issues with this place and yet they're treating me as if I am asking way too much . If I had known that kim was leaving when I looked at this place I might have decided differently. I feel tricked. I am constantly gaslit, spoken down to and feel bullied at this point. Don't look to move in here unless you are okay with having to leave your apartment to let people inside anytime anyone comes by to visit and tell your people to make sure they have a way to call and/or text you because no one can buzz you like a normal apartment complex. So, say goodbye to all your deliveries. Because they can't notify you that they're here for you to let them in... they'll be stuck outside or wherever until you realize it's there.

You’ll never receive another package living here. Why would you all lock all the lobby doors if that’s the only way for mail carriers to get to each door. I’ve already missed two packages because the security process is beyond dumb and it doesn’t make sense.

My experience at Harper Square has been unmatched. This place rocks and the manager has been nothing but pleasant and understanding. I cannot wait for the community to have an opening. Another bonus is they actually answer the phone. I have called a few other properties and no one ever answers the phones anymore. Kimberly was very professional and pleasant even in person as she is on the phone. Fingers crossed I will call Harper Square my home very soon!
