Knottingham Apartments

Terrible. Cars tow on weekly basis. We can’t use parking spots. Poor maintenance. Very poor management. Owning condominium for over 16 years and senses new company took over everything went downhill. It is a nothing but harassment and ignorance from management.

I had a tour today with Lily. She was very sweet and hospitable, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I look forward to residing at Knottingham :)!

Im frustrated and disappointed in the staff and these apartments period, 1300 a month no problems solved, I've been dealing with constant water coming in since aug 6, 2025 with no resolution whatsoever! Leasing staff members seems unbothered doesn't seem to know how to handle this issue so I've decided I'll be moving out next year when my lease is up. All the apartments seem to be falling apart and the owner should be ashame to continue to raise the rent every year to 100 dollars more so not worth it.... I've had enough constant repairs since I moved in, all I get is apologies with same results.

Quick and efficient They got my dishwasher to work and they are good at their job

Lily took my girlfriend and I on a tour and she had great energy and was nice. We can’t wait to apply for our new home
