Please Do Not Move Here — Roach Town Commons I would have given this a zero star but I couldn't When we initially moved in, we really thought this place was going to be great. It looked peaceful, nobody was ever around, and we even came at night to check it out. Our first month living there went smooth and we thought we made the right decision. Then month two hit and everything turned into a nightmare. That’s when we started to realize how chaotic and out of control this place really was. Our next-door neighbor had wild parties constantly — loud, nonstop, and ridiculous. It got so crazy that her guests were literally thrown out of a window. Then on New Year’s Eve she got into a huge fight with her family right outside. Every week it was some new drama. And then the biggest problem show

Been living here at the Georgetown Commons for 4+ years and its a great place to live. Front office ladies are very professional and maintenance responds swiftly to any concerns or fixes that need to be taken care of in my unit. Grounds are well kept all seasons of the year and there's plenty available parking throughout the premises. I do agree A/C units would be ideal downstairs but other than that I believe its a nice place to call home in a good neighborhood, within vicinty of retail shopping, food and access to the freeway.

I currently live here now this is the best place I ever been in .. it comes with washer and dryer hook up highly recommend

I love living here. I love the contactless rent paying options as well as the ladies in the front office! They are always professional and make any transaction an easy one! We put in a request for maintenance and they were at the door a day later! Very sufficient staff who care about the tenants!

Loud neighbors and no a/c, I wouldn’t recommend, summers get really uncomfortable. I bet the owner has a/c in his home. I expect better for the amount of rent for a 2bed and 1bath. The water pressure in the bathroom is so low and the extremely loud toilets barely flush. It’s so cold inside in the winter because you can’t control your own temperatures. That glass door gets dangerously hot in the summer, it has burned me so many times smh. Also, invest in hand rails for the elderly!
