If I could they would receive -5 review. The whole complex is falling apart and god forbid you need maintenance done in the apartment. They will take weeks to get to you- nothing is prioritized. Management is a joke. You have to call them 30x to get someone on the phone. Save your self lots of stress and headaches.

I’ve rented here for 2 years and never had any issues. Office manager Pam is amazing! She makes sure I have the best interest for myself out of all experiences that I’ve shared with her. I recommend this complex! Maintenance is amazing. I never had any problems in my unit. The rent here is affordable! The units are spacious and the neighborhood is very convenient! It’s a win-win situation while renting here.

My husband and I went to this location to gather information on their one and two bedroom apartments. I waited in the vehicle because I knew we were only looking to gather a brochure and some basic information. The office manager, Pamela; spoke to my husband through the glass door as if he was a threat and not a potential client. She eventually let him in after a few rounds of questions. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be spending our money here. Maybe one day they will learn how to treat potential clients who do not share the same skin color as them.

I've lived here for 2 years and have loved my time here while going to grad school. The one bedroom was very spacious and a great price. Quiet neighborhood with lots of quaint restaurants near by, beach 10 minutes away, and nice walking trails. Maintenance always answered my requests promptly and Doug was very nice and took time to explain what needed to be fixed. Pamela the office manager was always friendly and helpful. Like anywhere, bugs come out in summer but the complex sprays around the buildings so I never had much of an issue. Overall, would recommend living here to anyone and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My 69 year old dad lives here. Apartment is falling apart. His lock is broken and he cannot lock his apartment but its not an emergency according to office manager and they will get to it when the maintence guy can.
