Ryan Homes at Copper Mill

This is my second time building with Ryan Homes, and they have exceeded my expectations once again! I was delighted with my first build, but this time, I’ve been able to customize even more, which has been a wonderful surprise. Our Sales Representative, Danielle, has been incredibly supportive throughout the process, guiding us through design selections and presenting a variety of options. Her attentiveness and excellent communication have made the experience seamless, and I would happily work with her again. Can't wait for the build to start and move into our new home! I decided on Copper’s Mill because I’ve been wanting a larger yard, and the lot sizes in this neighborhood are a lot more spacious than what I’ve seen in other neighborhoods. The location is super convenient—close to the highways, which makes getting around easy, and there’s plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby too. I also really like the Ryan Homes floor plans. They’re open, functional, and there are a few different options that actually fit what I’ve been looking for. Overall, it just felt like the right fit. The team has been incredibly easy to work with and very communicative throughout the entire process! The home sites are larger and we love that we will have more land for our family, dogs and outdoor living space! Everything has gone smoothly and very stress-free! On top of that, the homes are truly beautiful!
