I decided to lease here not just because. I leased here because Catherine gave me one of the most personable tours! She even remembered my pets name when she called me and asked if I was ready to move forward with the application to my new home! Good customer service goes a long way!

Spoke with Miranda earlier this week. She was super sweet and informative with the criteria for locators. I’ll be sending my clients over to her. To have the professional and hospitality I had with her over the phone.

I’m very pleased with how quickly and efficiently my work order was completed. The new maintenance person named Ever did an excellent job, he was friendly, reassuring, and took care of everything in a professional manner. I’ve been living here for almost three years, and I’m truly grateful for the consistent kindness and helpfulness of the apartment staff. It’s a great community to be part of! Thank you all! ❤️

Hey guys, I'm here to do a review for the Rosemont where I've been living for almost 2 years! I would say when I first got here, it was a bit rough management and tenant wise, however there have always been great people here to call neighbors. Now that there is new management and prices are still some of the best for accessibility to I45, baybrook mall, and surrounding areas, I would say my experience has been a great one. Always something to eat or drink in the office, and all the ladies who work there are super kind and helpful. Even as to encourage me during my difficult time of unemployment etc. they are extremely reasonable and have worked with me on paying rent late with a solid year of timely payments prior, and in the summer the pools are great! I have lived here for three years and have never had any problems with anything. The staff including Mrs. Jessica has been a joy to work with. Work orders are completed in a very timely manner. I’m a senior citizen and the unit is very safe and the activities are extremely fun and inclusive. Great place to live.
