You create your own experience, but the management can be awful. So be forewarned, be nice & stay on their good side. Or they’ll easily find a reason to drive you mad or evict you. So try to make the best of it & not let them get you down. The neighborhood does seem to be clean & most ppl keep to themselves, which is always nice.

most people here are friendly and respectful decent and kept to their selves. Nice decent size apts with in closed gated porch.

Nice apartments, gated porch to keep the little ones safe, and seemingly quiet neighborhood unlike the sister apartments Gallia Metropolitan housing. If anyone applies for an apartment I would definitely recommend Rio Estates as to Gallia Metropolitan.

The apartments seem decently sized, but matainence need to do a little somethin somethin to the outside... some are cleaner than others ! Just a cleaner version of Buck Ridge.

Daughter and grandkids live here is the only reason I'd ever go there,drugs and thieves everywhere.
